This Policy applies to all services provided by Hiring Notes through the website, including the services provided to users and any marketing, sales, or advertising activities carried out by us.

Article 4: Types of Data Collected

We collect various categories of personal data, and each has a specific retention period. Professional identification data and contact information are kept for the duration of the service provision, plus the legal limitation periods (usually 5 years). Data for commercial prospecting and marketing purposes are retained for a maximum of 3 years from the last contact. Connection data is kept for 1 year. 

Once the retention periods mentioned above expire, we delete your personal data to prioritize your privacy. Please note that in the event of litigation, we may retain your data for the duration of the case processing.

Article 5: Purposes and Legal Basis of Data Collection

Hiring Notes does not share Job applicants' Personal Data outside the Platform. We remind Recruiters of their obligations to process the Applicant's Personal Data in compliance with applicable data privacy regulations.

Our processing activities serve the following purposes:

(i) Browsing the platform, using our services, and responding to your requests based on our terms and conditions and legitimate interest in providing excellent service.

(ii) Communication, commercial prospecting, job recommendations, and maintaining customer loyalty and potential new customer prospecting.

(iii) Compliance with legal obligations, including tax and fraud regulations.

We only process the data necessary for each specific purpose and regularly review the relevance of collected data.

Article 6: Data Protection

We employ technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of your data, including training, access control, passwords, antivirus software, and secure protocols.

Article 7: Access to Your Data

Your data is only shared with authorized personnel responsible for service implementation, accounting, marketing, and premises security. You have the right to access, rectify, delete, and limit the processing of your personal

data in accordance with GDPR articles.

Hiring Notes, as a team, acts as the Data Controller for the purposes of this Privacy Policy.
